[Mapserver-users] Problem with Php and Mapscript

Adam,

I'm a little suspicious of the order of your program based on the error you've given us. Declaring a new point object is typically done deep in a MapScript app. One of the first lines is usually declaring your mapfile:

$map = ms_newMapObj("my_mapfile.map");

Does this generate an error?
