[Mapserver-users] PHP_mapscript.dll compilation help

I need a php_mapscript.dll for PHP 4.2.3 with constants alterations in
map.h

#define MS_MAXCLASSES 100
#define MS_MAXLAYERS 1500 

But I am unable to set up a stable environment to compile this.
I need this urgent, because I have a project to go on line that needs
this correction.

Can anyone please help me?
