Hi Hong,

Did you change the map_web_imagepath and map_web_imageurl in 
demo_init.html?
map_web_imagepath is the full path to your tmp directory 
e,g, /var/www/html/tmp
map_web_imageurl is the path from the www server root
e.g. /tmp (if the server root is a /var/www/html)
