[Mapserver-users] Mapserver 4.0 - thread safe?

If you are willing to accept non-deterministic behavior under higher
loads, you can comment out the thread-safety checks and use phpmapscript
as a DSO anyways.
Perhaps a reasonable stopgap if you are not going to get too much activity.
