[Mapserver-users] New mappostgis.c in 3.6.6 and 4.0 CVS

I've committed the new mapserver-PostGIS connector (mappostgis.c) to the 
  mapserver CVS trunk and the 3.6.6 branch.

This fixes the only outstanding issues:
a) 1.5 kilobyte memory leak (fixed)
b) the version 3.7 (now called 4.0) layerObj changes
