Hi,
Well, the semantics are really up to Steve Lime. Steve, could you
clarify that TRANSPARENT is supposed to work like the mapfile reference
says, with TRANSPARENT=100 meaning opaque and TRANSPARENT=0 meaning
completely transparent? Any interest in reversing that?
