No.  It's just that in PHP 4.3.x, the 'cgi' SAPI has (apparently) been
renamed 'cgi-fcgi', so we had to modify the test in the php_mapscript
module to take that into account.

Unfortunately there is still some work to do before php_mapscript can be
used with the PHP module loaded as a DSO.
