[Mapserver-users] creation of asymmetric lines as symbols

Hello all,
is it possible to create 'asymmetric' lines with mapserver 3.5 or 3.6
(e.g. two parallel lines, one solid and the other dotted, or a line with
tick marks attached to one side) possibly according to the direction of
the vertices in the shape file to display geologic features like
exposures?
