[Mapserver-users] raster-format

hey!
 i'm trying to add a raster-file (.tif) to my mapserver project but when i
call the tiff-file, i just get the message "msDrawRaster(): Unable to access
file. (raster/hs25_1.tif)".
does anybody know what this message means and how i can solve this problem?!
