[Mapserver-users] How to run program mapserver?

how to run mapserver? i use IIS of windowXP ,mapserver3.6  I not shure i 
install program mapserver correct
1. i copy maserv.exe to cgi part (inetput/wwwroot)
2. I copy lib.dll into c:win/system32

and then I don't know to run program if i have exameple of mapfile and
