[Mapserver-users] Positioning of labels

[Gerry Creager N5JXS]

Sounds like you need to query the database, look up the pertinent 
pieces, and rewrite the mapfile on the fly.  Not too bad with perl or 
php.  THEN you'd call the cgi or mapscript.
