[Mapserver-users] dll's and remote server

Dear All

Please excuse me if this question has already been answered on this
forum. 

I am overjoyed that I have just managed to install MapServer 4.0
(Windows XP, IIS 5) on my local machine. What I would like to do is
install Mapserver on a remote server where I don't have administrative
access to the Windows/System32 directory and therefore I can not install
all the necessary dll's. Is this a correct statement? Please can someone
suggest a way of getting around this?
