[Mapserver-users] Projection

I noticed that you have a projection for the map file, and an optional
projection for each layer.
My guess is that the map projection is the output projection, and the
projection of each layer is the input projection for that layer.
Meaning, if there is a conflict, a layer will be re-projected from the
projection specified in the LAYER tag, to the projection specified in the
MAP tag.
And I right?
