[Mapserver-users] does anyone have a PNG to JPEG conversion utility for DOS?

ImageMagick works.  You can also use the gif2png utility - 
http://www.catb.org/~esr/gif2png/ .  On Windows I use Irfanview - 
http://www.irfanview.com/ .
