[Mapserver-users] Reference Box - (Really Basic Question)

When I initially load my application, the box that sits on top of the reference image is missing two sides.  Once I zoom in, (and the box gets smaller) I see all sides of it.  

Any idea how to fix this?  I assume that it is because the 'bounding box' is falling outside of the exent of the reference image.  What do I need to tweak to make this look nice?
