[Mapserver-users] proj4-Problems

Hello,

i use the umn-mapserver on WinXP in Version 4.0.2. The proj4 library is
install on C:\Proj, but the on-the-fly projection doesn't work. On
Version 4.1 ist doesn't work too. Could it be an bug in set-up? Can
anybody help?
