[Mapserver-users] mapserver licence

Dear Users

Is there any name for the licence for Mapserver. For eg, systems like GRASS 
GIS, MySQL and PostGIS are distributed under GNU GPL.

I am aware that the license is at http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/license.html.

It does however state that it is available free of charge with access to the 
source code and gives the user to use copy , modify, distribute and sell 
copies of the software but there is no name for it !!.
