[Mapserver-users] EXTENT and PROJECTION

Ethan,

I just checked your original post and discovered that you didn't have
UNITS specified on your mapfile.  Add "UNITS METERS" on the main map
block and see if that fixes it.  Ex: 
MAP
<snip>
  EXTENT ...
  UNITS METERS   # Add this 

  PROJECTION
  END
<snip>
END
