[Mapserver-users] LABEL ITEM based on "NOT NULL"

All,

How can a LABELITEM be filtered to display one field and only when 
another field is not empty


LABELITEM 'STREETNAME'  ## where 'MSA' NOT NULL . . . .

I'm trying to only display street names when a particular field is not 
null.  I only want to display collector streets at specified levels of 
resolution for example, I could seperate the data into these seperate 
categories I suppose as seperate SHP files.
