[Mapserver-users] Hidden Layer

Guillaume,

If you want the image layer to draw then place it above the vector layer in
the map file.

MS will only draw the layers you tell it to draw.  Using the DEMO
application as an example, only select the layers that you want drawn then
click "refresh"
