I wouldn't expect php_mapscript to build with PHP 5 today.  We'll 
probably have to do some important changes to port it due to the changes 
in the management of objects in PHP 5. We may also explore the 
possibility of using SWIG at that point. All of this is unlikely to 
happen before the summer at least, unless we get funding to do it earlier.
