[Mapserver-users] Demo won't write to /tmp directory?

Your error message says you can't find:

/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/tmp/DBvblahrandomnumber.png 

and you say you have a tmp directory at:

/usr/local/apache2/tmp

and those are not the same path. I think you need
/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/tmp instead.
