[Mapserver-users] Transparent outline in MapServer 4.0.1

Hello,

I got the same problem reported by
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/data2/wilma/mapserver-users/0207/msg00562.html
(that describes a problem in rendering no outlines in polygon shapes).

The solution seems to be in
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/data2/wilma/mapserver-users/0207/msg00563.html,
but i couldn´t find these lines in mapprimitive.c.

I´m using MapServer 4.0.1, and it seems that the whole mapprimitive.c code
changed from 3.3.6.
Does anyone knows if it was corrected in the 4.0.1, cause it seems to have
the same problem.
