[Mapserver-users] another error

I configure my mapserver --with-proj=/usr/local and it compiled just fine. When I copied the file over to my cgi-bin and run it, I get an error.

[root@mayhem cgi-bin]# ./mapserv -v
./mapserv: error while loading shared libraries: libproj.so.0: cannot 
open shared object file: No such file or directory
[root@mayhem cgi-bin]#

What am I missing? Do I need to add something to my LD_LIBRARY_PATH? I am running RH 9.
