[Mapserver-west] MapServer and PDA's

I haven't done it, but I think DM Solutions and Orkney did some cell phone 
stuff.  I've been thinking about it lately and wonder if trying to get a web 
server running on a PDA would be the way to go or not.  I have run one before 
but didn't try mapserver at the time.
