[Mapserver-west] escape double quotes for postgis

Hi folks.  Does anyone know how to escape double quotes in a mapfile?  I 
have a PostGIS query I need to use that contains a lot of double-quoted 
field names because several tables were ported from MySQL and a lot of 
things are named with capitals.  This screws up the DATA line of my 
LAYER definition.  I can't just enclose everything in single quotes 
because I have plenty of single quote in my query as well.

Any ideas?
