Hi Ken-ichi and Tyler,
Thanks for your reply and pointers..I'll take a look at the freeware
tools. We are working in an Open Source world, eh?
I've done programming, but a jack of all trades, and these projects
involve more of the soft skills of graphic design.
Kind regards,
Dean

Do you mean design like graphic design? As in for the web? If so,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, or, if you don't want to pay money
and don't need top-tier functionality and usability, The Gimp and
Inkscape do a pretty good job. Of course, looking back at your intro
email, it looks like you're a hard core programmer, so maybe you're not
talking about graphic design. Oops.

Hi there!
Anyone know of any good GUI design tools? Right now I'm using MSWord and
their drawing tools, but would like something a little better that can
show what we are after?
Any ideas are welcome!
Cheers,
Dean
