[Mapserver-west] Incorrectly rotated text

Hi,

I am having a problem with the rotation of some text. More precisly, 
text that is close to vertical seems to sometimes be upside down and/or 
backwards.
I was wondering if anyone can point me towards the code that does the 
rotation of labels? and does anyone know where there is any 
documentation for some of this code?
