[Mapserver-west] More questions about dbox in ms4w?

Thanks for the tips on my first question.  I tried cleaning up the 
javascript and also replacing the document.write with <img id="main" 
src="[img]" height="480" width="640">.  This does display my initial 
mapserver generated image.  However, when I use any of the pan/zoom tools a 
blank image is created over my mapserver image.  I'm guessing this means the 
"main" image that dbox is creating isn't coming from my mapserver images.  
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I didn't see an initialization file (i.e. index.html)  included with the 
dbox-0.9a1_demo_ms4w.  Is there a specific one I should be using?
