<div><font face="Arial">broader and more capable than ever before. This presentation will focus on</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial">GIS open source software and the two streams of development - Java and</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial">non-Java Based.. It will give an overview of current developments from</font></div>

<div><font face="Arial">industry, Mining, and Forestry industries. He is a Surveying Engineer by</font></div>

<div><font face="Arial">problems. He was a founding member of the America's Petroleum Survey Group</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial">in Houston. This group specialized in geodetic problems worldwide as it</font></div>

<div><font face="Arial">Petroleum Survey Group (EPSG).</font></div>
