[ms4w-users] Problem reinstalling ms4w

Stephen,

sorry for the delay in responding.  This is an unfortunate side effect 
of not using an installer.  The basic problem is that I have included 
both the index.html and index.phtml pages in the zip file.  Did it work 
correctly after you clicked on the link to view the new index.phtml file?
