[ms4w-users] DONT UNDERSTAND THE RESULT OF A LINK

Believe it or not the "No query information to decode.Query_String is 
set,but empty" is a valid result, since when clicking the link on your 
index page does than contain a Query. I this link only proves that these 
versions of mapserv are properly installed.

So to answer you new question is yes you can being to start your own 
project.

The How question depends on what tool/software you are planning to use. 
MS4W is only the installer utility to gain access to Mapserver, 
Chameleon, MapLab, etc.
This is assuming of course you have installed these ms4w package 
specific to these tools.
