[ms4w-users] script not found or unable to stat

Charles,

The problem is that this workshop was developed on linux it seems. So 
this is not an MS4W problem, but is actually a configuration problem. 
Try changing references of "/cgi-bin/mapserv" to "/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe" 
in the code.
