[ms4w-users] Setting up GMAP for MS4W

As Bart mentioned on the MapServer list, it turns out GMap for MS4W was 
way out of date (sorry for this).  I've repackaged the latest GMap for 
MS4W, and you can grab it from:

http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=downloads.html

Now you should be able to extract this file ('gmap_ms4w.zip') to the 
root of your installation drive and all should be fine.
