[ms4w-users] wafty behaviors in ms4w

after setting up ms4w and generating many images in the ms-tmp
bringing in many .shp and images of all kinds (call it having 
some fun) two issues puzzle me. localhost only so do not have 
this where anyone outside can get at it.

i could post screenshots but they are fairly large files
so will not at this point.

1. in zooming on down to smaller and smaller scales the text
for the various labels changes size (approx 50%) and
apparently randomly. as i have or soon will have more layers
than vertical screen space and thus will have to go to html 
dropdown lists as the mapfile layers grow. i could pin the
html with .css stylesheets but
Q anyone have a clue why this is happening?

2.in building worldfile for photgraphic image with 1mm pixels
(am in decdegree space)as the pixel size goes down past
3.165 x 10^-8 the image disappears. float error?
Q anyone else seen this kind of behavior on small scale layers?
