[ms4w-users] MS4W - Newbie install questions

Hello all,

I am fascinated with the Open Source GIS/Database.Server stuff and I am 
feeling a bit humbled.  I have a question about installing MS4W:

Can I install the package to run only on my home machine (XP Home edition)?  
Are there any installation issues/settings I should know about?  Please 
advise.

Also, I already have PostGIS/PostgreSQL installed, are there any issues 
related to connecting that with the MS4W packages?

I would like to start learning how all of the packages work together, it 
seems really cool.
