to load dynamiclibrary/ms4w/Apache/php/extensions/php_mapscript_44.dll

well Ivan i haven't been much of a help have i. I'm hoping someone out
there can help us, maybe i've missed some obvious detail. Definitely
there is a dll missing on your test machines that MapServer requires.
Anyone else out there been following this discussion?
