Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately we don't distribute SDE binaries with PHPMapscript/MS4W,
and the only documentation that i am aware of is the SDE howto
(http://ms.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/sde).

If you were just using CGI MapServer (mapserv.exe) you could use 'Hobu's
Kitchen Sink' distribution, and possibly add that into your MS4W
(http://hobu.stat.iastate.edu/mapserver/).
