[ms4w-users] Cannot dowload Win32 binaries

Hello,

Hmm I have tested from a few locations and everything seems fine.  I 
assume you are referring to downloading the 'ms4w_1.3.0.zip' file.  I 
haven't heard of anyone else having this problem.

Anyone else experiencing this?
