[ms4w-users] MS4W Download Link

[ken.ward]

When I download the 1.5.0 release of ms4w, the file is unable to be 
opened.  It says it is a missing or corrupt file.  This is the fifth or 
sixth time I have tried to download over a two week period.  Anyone else 
having issues?
