[ms4w-users] MS4W PEAR?

Hello,

I'm not a pear user, but i just tried to run pear.bat and had to run 
/ms4w/tools/mapserv-utils/setenv.bat first (i was getting dll not found 
errors).  That's about the extent of my pear knowledge :)

I know Chameleon required pear a while ago, but no longer does.
