[ms4w-users] Has anyone setup FIST 0.3.1b with ms4w?

I am having problems with the Admin interface and would like to find an
answer to the input values for the Site Selection.

 

e.g., 

http://my_server/fist-admin-0.1/fistAdminSelectSiteForm.php

 

 

Can anyone help me?
