[ms4w-users] New user to MS4W configuration problem with
Itasca/Demo

Actually are you aware that there is a pre-configured Itasca demo
package available for download specifically for MS4W? Look for
"MapServer Itasca Demo Application" on
http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=downloads.html and use that.
