[ms4w-users] Unable to load dynamic library '/ms4w/Apache/php/ext/php_mapscript_48.dll'

Hello,

There is a problem with the latest MS4W for SDE and Oracle connections. 
  This will be resolved for the mapserver 4.8.4 release...but until then 
you can use MS4W 1.5.3, which you can download from 
http://www.maptools.org/ms4w/index.phtml?page=downloads.html
