[ms4w-users] Upgrading MS4W

Hello,

My name is Lawrence Hartpence, I recently downloaded the new version of MS4W
and read the instructions for upgrading.  It said you must stop the IIS
service, rename the old MS4W folder, and install the new MS4W.  When I
stopped the IIS service, it still said that some other process was using
that folder.  I then took a desperate step and deleted all the virtual
directories pointing to the MS4W folder and still when I try to rename it,
it still says some other process is accessing that folder and won't let me
rename it.  What am I missing?
