[ms4w-users] MS4W 1.5.4 bugs in libmap.dlls for Oracle and SDE

There were posts on this list a few days ago about problems with the 
MS4W 1.5.4 libmap.dll for Oracle Spatial, and this morning we got 
similar reports from someone trying to use the libmap.dll for SDE (on 
#mapserver IRC and mapserver-dev list).

In all cases reverting to MS4W 1.5.3 fixed the issues.

It seems that the libmap.dlls for Oracle and SDEs in MS4W 1.5.4 are 
broken. If a new release cannot be produced then a note should be added 
to the download page of the website at a minimum.
