[ms4w-users] Comment on installation guide

Dear members,

i would make the following comment on the installation guide found at
ms4w\README_INSTALL.html

In the bullet 4 the following text "The MS4W-configured Web applications can
be found on http://maptools.org/ as separate zip files." should
be replaced by "The MS4W-configured Web applications can be found on
http://maptools.org/ms4w/ as separate zip files."
