[ms4w-users] New User... Question about running ms4w on CD

I believe it is actually possible and I have seen it done, but I'm  
not sure how it was done.  You would need to turn off Apache logging  
or redirect it.  You would also need to install either a RAMDISK or  
assume the location of windows/temp for mapserver temporary files ...  
and there are probably some environment variables that would need to  
be tweaked.

Starting with a USB drive would probably make the most sense so you  
could tweak the config without having to reburn CDs all the time
