[ms4w-users] PostgreSQL and Postgis for MS4W

Hello Rodrigo,

The MS4W installation of PROJ is separate from the PostGIS environment, 
so you won't have a problem with the two different PROJ versions. (I 
have never run into problems with these anyway, so hopefully others will 
correct me if I am wrong)
