I tried using the quickmap.php in ms4w/apps/chameleon/htdocs. Same
thing occured, if I used
http://mapt.deed.state.mn.us:8080/chameleon/quickmap.php (Apache)
I got a map image but if I used
http://mapt.deed.state.mn.us/chameleon/quickmap.php the image is
broken. 
 
How can I test with shp2img command? Could you advise?
